At St Lawrence Primary School we have wonderful facilities to accommodate the many learning activities and adventures we have with our children.
Location
We are situated at the heart of the community, close to the Parish Hall and the Church. Our school building comprises well equipped classrooms, all with outdoor access; an extensive library, school hall and multifunction room which is used for instrumental lessons and singing. We also have a kitchen for cookery lessons, breakfast club and after school club.
Features
Our grounds are surprisingly extensive and include a wonderful tree-lined football pitch, a netball court and a playground. We have a sensory garden, a nature garden with a pond and a willow garden for quiet activities, thinking and reflection. We have a growing area with a mature apple tree which can be used by our budding horticulturalists and a large outdoor learning area with a Monkey Puzzle tree for the Foundation Stage children.
